<h2>Soci&eacute;t&eacute; Coop&eacute;rative d'Habitation Gen&egrave;ve (SCHG)&nbsp;</h2>
<p><span class="intro bleu"><strong>Soci&eacute;t&eacute; sans but lucratif dont le si&egrave;ge est &agrave; Gen&egrave;ve, la SCHG rev&ecirc;t la forme de coop&eacute;rative. Elle est constitu&eacute;e de soci&eacute;taires &ndash; pour la quasi-totalit&eacute; locataires &ndash; r&eacute;unis autour d&rsquo;un objectif commun&nbsp;: cr&eacute;er et entretenir des logements qui r&eacute;pondent par le nombre, la typologie et les loyers, &agrave; un besoin pr&eacute;pond&eacute;rant d'int&eacute;r&ecirc;t g&eacute;n&eacute;ral, donc accessibles &agrave; la majorit&eacute; des habitants du bassin genevois.<br /><br /></strong></span></p>
<h3>Entretien et d&eacute;veloppement du parc immobilier</h3>
<p>La SCHG est dirig&eacute;e par un Conseil d&rsquo;administration qui, sous r&eacute;serve des comp&eacute;tences des autres organes sociaux, dirige et surveille la gestion de la Soci&eacute;t&eacute;. Il contr&ocirc;le notamment l&rsquo;activit&eacute; du Comit&eacute; de direction &agrave; qui il d&eacute;l&egrave;gue certaines de ses t&acirc;ches. Celui-ci assume, au nom de ses soci&eacute;taires et en lien avec la direction, la gestion courante de pr&egrave;s de 2'000 logements r&eacute;partis dans plus de 80 immeubles. Anim&eacute;e par une &eacute;quipe professionnelle et motiv&eacute;e, la SCHG assure ainsi le maintien, la mise en valeur et le d&eacute;veloppement de son parc immobilier.</p>

<h3>Une coop&eacute;rative tourn&eacute;e vers l&rsquo;avenir</h3>
<p>Apr&egrave;s avoir achev&eacute; la construction d&rsquo;un immeuble de 63 appartements &agrave; l&rsquo;avenue Joli-Mont ainsi que la r&eacute;alisation&nbsp; de 96 unit&eacute;s au chemin des Sports, int&eacute;gr&eacute;es au projet plus vaste du Parc Gustave &amp; L&eacute;onard Hentsch, la SCHG est le Ma&icirc;tre d&rsquo;ouvrage d&rsquo;un projet urbanistique de grande envergure, amen&eacute; &agrave; redessiner l&rsquo;ensemble du p&eacute;rim&egrave;tre Vieusseux-Villars-Franchises avec &agrave; la cl&eacute; 550 appartements, en lieu et place de 260 logements existants, et de nombreux &eacute;quipements publics. Au mois de juin 2015, le Conseil d'Etat a attribu&eacute; au groupe&nbsp;<em>ENSEMBLE,&nbsp;</em>qui compte la SCHG parmi ses partenaires, la r&eacute;alisation d'un complexe de 1'500 logements aux Vernets.</p>
