Nous mettons ainsi tout en &oelig;uvre, au sein des organes de gestion de notre Coop&eacute;rative, pour garantir leur bien-&ecirc;tre et la continuit&eacute; de nos activit&eacute;s.</strong></span></p>
<p><br />Dans ce cadre, chaque soci&eacute;taire jouit de nombreux droits, mais, &agrave; l&rsquo;image d&rsquo;un copropri&eacute;taire, certains devoirs lui sont &eacute;galement d&eacute;volus pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de notre structure et l&rsquo;harmonie dans nos cit&eacute;s. Nous encourageons &eacute;galement chacun &agrave; participer de mani&egrave;re active &agrave; la vie coop&eacute;rative, en assistant &agrave; notre Assembl&eacute;e g&eacute;n&eacute;rale annuelle afin de concourir aux prises de d&eacute;cision collective ou en proposant des initiatives propres &agrave; d&eacute;velopper dans nos quartiers l&rsquo;esprit coop&eacute;ratif.</p>

Née de la volonté de résoudre les problèmes du logement de la classe ouvrière genevoise, la Société Coopérative d’Habitation Genève (SCHG) est lancée par un groupe d’ouvriers, de syndicalistes, de promoteurs et de philanthropes dont les familles Pictet et Piccard, fabricants des automobiles Pic-Pic.
